Y5 forged: The forged wheel for BMW M models
The Y5 forged was developed from the ground up specifically for connection to BMW M models in the G series.
Based on extensive computer simulations, the material thickness was reduced in most areas using CNC 5-axis milling technology to such an extent that the wheel fully meets the very high requirements of motorsport in terms of strength and rigidity while keeping the weight as low as possible.
ONE forged: Now also available as a forged wheel
Initially developed as a direct mount for BMW M models in the F series, other applications and sizes will follow. A parts certificate from TÜV Rheinland is available, which makes problem-free use in road traffic possible.
Finely crafted, very light forged wheel
The PROTRACK ONE is one of the lightest TÜV-certified cast wheels on the market.
The very lightweight rim was consistently designed for use in motorsport right from the design stage. It therefore offers various properties, such as maximum strength and the greatest possible brake clearance, which also bring advantages in everyday road traffic with sporty vehicles.

World premiere: Y5 forged CL for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS at the Essen Motor Show
The time has finally come – the brand new PROTRACK Y5 forged CL celebrates its world premiere!
At this year's Essen Motor Show (November 29 to December 7, Hall 7 / Booth E22), we will be showcasing our latest highlight: an ultra-light forged wheel with central locking, developed specifically for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS (992).
Image: The new Y5 forged CL clearly bears the hallmarks of the Y5 family. The central lock in combination with the striking openings reveal the motorsport design of the construction and give the wheel its characteristic structure.

Essen Motorshow 2024 - there are forged wheels, baby!
The Essen Motor Show is the last big highlight of the year for many companies from the tuning and motorsport scene. And we're letting it rip once again to match:
We have two new forged wheels for the racetrack for you.
You will find PROTRACK from November 30th to December 8th in hall 7 at booth E22.
The successful ONE model has really shaken up the wheel market on the racetracks of this world in recent years. So it was hardly surprising that the Flow Forming wheel Y5, which was presented at the Essen Motor Show 2023, also aroused great interest at its premiere. A year has now passed and the Y5 is available at PROTRACK and is being delivered to the waiting customers.

After last year's edition of the Essen Motor Show in particular was a great success with a stand that was always well attended over all days of the fair, we will also be represented this year with our own stand, where there will once again be plenty for you to discover.
You can find us from 01.12. - 10.12. in hall 7 on stand E22.
The big star on our stand is called "Y5" (pronounced: [ˈwaɪ] [ˈfaɪv]), which already anticipates the shape of the new light alloy wheel. The star of the Y5 consists of five Y-shaped double spokes that converge concavely towards the hub and end in the deep-set rim well.
The wheel will be presented to the global public for the first time by our Managing Director Christoph Penisch on Press and Trade Visitor Day (Friday, 01.12.2023) at 9:45 am.
From the second half of 2024, the light alloy wheel manufactured using the flow forming process will then be available in the sizes 10.5, 11.0, 11.5 and 12.0 x 19 inches.

Finally Essen Motor Show again! After the Corona-related cancellation last year, numerous car owners and enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting Germany's largest accessories fair in the automotive sector.
For us from PROTRACK the opportunity to present you our sporty alloy wheels this year on an even larger stand. On more than 145 square meters of space, we bring three vehicles with us, on which the light and stable, TÜV Austria tested alloy wheels are presented, which have been causing a sensation in the sector of track tools for a few years.
Our in-house track tool based on a Toyota GT86 was designed by EightEleven Design and will be seen in its new dress for the first time at the Essen Motor Show. Of course, the vehicle stands on the performance wheels PROTRACK ONE.
