Finally Essen Motor Show again! After the Corona-related cancellation last year, numerous car owners and enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting Germany's largest accessories fair in the automotive sector.
For us from PROTRACK the opportunity to present you our sporty alloy wheels this year on an even larger stand. On more than 145 square meters of space, we bring three vehicles with us, on which the light and stable, TÜV Austria tested alloy wheels are presented, which have been causing a sensation in the sector of track tools for a few years.
After the first round of the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS) on 28 March had to be canceled due to snowfall, it finally started this Sunday (17 April) with the second round of the NLS for the Max Kruse Racing Team. And how! The two VW Golf GTI TCR equipped with PROTRACK ONE motorsport wheels not only occupied the first row of the grid in their SP3T class after the qualifying in the morning, but were also able to record a direct double victory in the 4-hour race in the afternoon.
As part of the DTM at the Nurburgring, Robert Kubica recently visited apex nürburg and drove a BMW M4 equipped with PROTRACK ONE wheels for 36 laps around the Nordschleife.

Even though the circuit courses in Europe opened a little later this year due to the Corona situation, those of you with petrol in your blood will naturally be drawn to the circuits. Especially with the high loads during longitudinal and lateral acceleration, tires start to spin unintentionally on the rim. The resulting dynamic imbalance not only leads to unwanted vibrations and increased wear, but also to poorer handling and longer braking distances.
In order to prevent rotation between rim and tire, we deliver all motorsport and road wheels of the type ONE from the production period 11/2019 onwards with knurled contact surfaces on the rim shoulder.
